Your duties

  • Coordination of facility vendors, including cleaning-service, catering, office landlord, etc.
  • Taking care of the office space – reporting any damages (electrical, sanitary, construction installations), ordering office furniture and supplies, and all other materials necessary for the functioning of the office
  • Preparing the conference rooms for Guests and Clients; arranging visits and business trips
  • Preparation and coordination of job-fairs and technology-fairs the company is taking part in
  • Ordering front office supplies and keeping inventory of stock
  • Taking part in regular operational meetings with CEO and company leadership
  • Helping with sorting and registering invoices/expenses – cooperation with CEO and Finance
  • Organizing company events
