Your duties
- Coordination of facility vendors, including cleaning-service, catering, office landlord, etc.
- Taking care of the office space – reporting any damages (electrical, sanitary, construction installations), ordering office furniture and supplies, and all other materials necessary for the functioning of the office
- Preparing the conference rooms for Guests and Clients; arranging visits and business trips
- Preparation and coordination of job-fairs and technology-fairs the company is taking part in
- Ordering front office supplies and keeping inventory of stock
- Taking part in regular operational meetings with CEO and company leadership
- Helping with sorting and registering invoices/expenses – cooperation with CEO and Finance
- Organizing company events
