The privacy policy describes the rules by which we process information about you, this including personal data and the so-called cookies.

The Operator is the Administrator of your personal data in relation to the data provided voluntarily on the Website.


The Website uses personal data for the following purposes:

  • Handling of enquiries sent via form
  • Presentation of the offer or information
  • Recruitment


The website gathers information about the users and their behavior in the following manner:

  • Through data voluntarily entered in the forms that are entered into the Operator's systems.
  • By storing the so-called cookies on a user's terminal devices.
  • By saving information concerning the pages you visited in the Google Analytics tool

The legal basis for processing your personal data is: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) — for cookie-based and marketing processing; Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) — for handling enquiries and service requests; Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation) — for accounting and tax records; Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) — for website security, analytics, and fraud prevention.


2. Selected methods of data protection used by the Operator

The places of logging in and entering personal data are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). As a result, personal data and login data entered on the website are encrypted on the user's computer and can be read only on the target server.


3. Hosting

The website is hosted (technically maintained) on the operator's server: Webflow, Inc., 398 11th Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. Webflow processes data on behalf of the Website Operator under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. 4. Your rights and additional information on the ways your data is used

In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients, if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you, or to fulfil the Administrator's obligations. This applies to groups of recipients such as:

  • the hosting company on an entrustment basis
  • public authorities
  • authorized employees and associates who use data to achieve the purpose of the site

Your personal data is processed by the Controller for no longer than necessary to perform the related activities. Accounting and invoicing records are retained for 5 years in accordance with applicable accounting regulations (Polish Accounting Act, Art. 74). For other categories of data, the retention period is determined individually based on the purpose of processing and applicable legal provisions.

You have the right to request from the Administrator:

  • access to personal data concerning you,
  • rectifying your personal data,
  • removing it,
  • limiting the scope of processing,
  • and data transfer.

You have the right to object to the processing indicated in point 3.3 c) in regards to the processing of personal data for the purpose of exercising legally justified interests pursued by the Administrator, this including profiling. The Administrator's actions may be appealed to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to operate the Website. Personal data is not transferred from third countries within the meaning of the provisions on the protection of personal data. This means we do not transfer such data outside of the European Union.


5. Information in the forms

The Website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if such data is provided. The website can also store information concerning the connection parameters (time, IP address).

The data provided in the form are processed in the order resulting from the function of a particular form, for example in order to make the process of handling a service request or a business contact.


6. Administrator logs

Information on user behavior on the website may be subject to logging. This data is used to administer the website.


7. Important marketing techniques

The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc., with its registered office in the USA). The operator does not transfer personal data to the operator of this service, but only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's terminal device. Within the scope of information regarding the user's preferences stored by the Google advertising network, the user can browse and edit the information stemming from the cookie files with the assistance of the following tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/

This website uses Cookiebot by Usercentrics to manage and document your cookie consent in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ePrivacy Directive.

When you first visit our website or one of our subdomains, you are shown a cookie banner requesting your consent for the use of cookies by category (necessary, preference, statistics, marketing). You may at any time change or withdraw your consent by clicking the small cookie icon in the bottom left corner of the page.

We use the following types of cookies:
