We process only the data necessary to authenticate users and provide access to the system. This covers account credentials and the basic technical information required to establish and maintain a secure session.
Your data is processed for a single purpose: to enable secure login and access to the EV Fleet Mobile system. We do not use it for marketing, profiling, or any other purpose.

We retain your data only for as long as your account remains active and you have access to the system. After that, data is kept only for the period required by applicable law, and is then deleted.
Data transmitted between the application and our infrastructure is encrypted using industry-standard protocols (SSL/TLS). Access to data is restricted to authorized purposes related to operating the system.
You have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability, as well as the right to object to processing.
